  1. USER: The user means “you”, in general. Specifically the user means any agent of an entity who/which interacts with the WEBSITE, especially a legal entity, including legal entities who/that are capable of entering into this contract/agreement.

  5. PURCHASES: All Orders are subject to VENDOR approval and may be cancelled at any time, and for any reason. Example reasons for cancelling an order include: the content is no longer available for any reason; the content is not suitable because it cannot meet customization expectations; the user is not legally eligible to enter into the order agreement.
  6. PRICE AND COMPONENTS: Listed prices are indicative only. Images in the Shop catalog are indicative illustrations of packaged deals. Each deal includes the following components, but may also include a custom contract if requested.
    • Customising time, which may be a short one-on-one workshop session, or an accepted specification for what you want done, machine render time (if applicable) to generate a high resolution image, image editing, and finishing.
    • IP for your unique image version that is generated from of a master file, but not the master file and not any other images that can be generated from the master file.
    • The finished art file (JPG, PNG, or PDF as appropriate)
  7. LIABILITY: All productions are supplied on the condition that the Vendor’s liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description, delivery delay or fitness for purpose is limited in amount, to an amount not exceeding the paid price of the particular item. Under no circumstances will the Buyer hold the Vendor to be responsible for any losses or liquidated damages.
  8. COPYRIGHT: The status of grotesque copyright infringements will be used to apply for legal remedies.
